Our team is attending the AACR conference in San Diego! Francois Gonzalvez and lijs beke will be representing Onco3R during the poster session on Tuesday April 21st from 9-12AM. They will be sharing new preclinical data from our oncology programs SMARCA2 and P53 Y220C. Both programs have identified molecules with best-in-class biological profile and have the potential to unlock the full therapeutic value of these challenging targets. Our SMARCA2 lead candidate, O3R‑317, combines high cellular potency and selectivity and continues to progress well. In parallel, we have identified next‑generation molecules with unprecedented selectivity (up to 300×), which are being advanced alongside the lead program.
