Sharpening Leadership Structure and Operating Model Under Coty.Curated  Today, we announced important changes to Coty’s leadership structure and operating model as we continue to turn Coty.Curated into action. To simplify accountability, accelerate decision-making and strengthen execution, our regional teams will now report directly to Markus Strobel for Prestige, bringing us closer to consumers and customers around the world. In addition, we are further integrating key capabilities, with Graeme Carter taking on an expanded interim leadership role across supply chain, Prestige R&D and sustainability.  These changes will help us work with greater clarity, agility and alignment as we build the next chapter of Coty’s growth.
