Leadership transition: People & Purpose organization After a successful tenure at Coty, Priya Srinivasan has decided to step down from her role as Chief People & Purpose Officer later this summer. During her time with the company, Priya played a key role in advancing our talent agenda, leadership development and employee engagement efforts. We thank her for her many contributions and wish her all the best in her next chapter. We are delighted to welcome Séverine CHARBON, who will join Coty as Chief People & Purpose Officer on September 1. Séverine will report to Executive Chairman and interim CEO Markus Strobel and join the Senior Leadership Team. She brings more than 25 years of international experience in talent strategy, organizational transformation and leadership development across global organizations. Her expertise and people-first leadership will be a great asset as we continue to strengthen our culture and capabilities for the future. We look forward to welcoming Séverine to Coty.
