He bought his first luxury cologne a decade ago, not knowing it was a Coty fragrance. Today, Amit helps power the technology behind the brands that make moments like his possible. In this week's #CoffeeCorner, we meet Amit Mistry, Director of IT, Business Facing R&D. In his first six months at Coty, Amit helped deliver the final phase of a six-year global software transformation for the R&D business, onboarding the global packaging organization. "What I'm most proud of is helping bring that final phase across the finish line. I'm also grateful for the chance to meet so many colleagues in person along the way." Day to day, his role is equal parts listener and problem-solver. "A big part of what I do is understand challenges and help the R&D business teams figure out IT solutions that make their day-to-day easier."
