His leadership was instrumental during the $100M Pharmacy Modernization Project, where he helped deploy Pharmacy SMS to 9 million patients and fast-tracked the Instacart same-day delivery launch during the pandemic. Evan’s ability to drive results is clear; as Pharmacy Manager, he oversaw transformations that boosted efficiency by 66% and generated $2B in new revenue. Now, stepping into his new role as Director this March 2026, he is continuing to innovate by consolidating locker programs across North America and fostering a digital pharmacy environment that prioritizes the member experience. Beyond the impressive metrics and budgets, Evan’s approach is rooted in the flexibility and open-mindedness he learned from his mentors. Raised by his grandparents in Lewiston, Idaho, his life outside the office is just as dynamic as his career, involving 20 years of self-defense training, a passion for automotive work, and the craftsmanship of making live-edge tables. Evan often notes that his proudest accomplishment isn't a single project, but the resilient team he has built while "lifting and shifting" technology to meet modern needs.
