Last week, we were pleased to welcome John Murphy to China, where he spent time with our local teams and experienced first‑hand the energy and ambition behind Costa Coffee in the market. During his visit, John toured our latest refreshed store in Shanghai – a brighter, more emotional and experiential space designed to elevate the customer experience – and met the baristas and leaders bringing our brand to life every day.   Partnership was a key theme, with a spotlight on our collaboration with The Coca‑Cola system – from in‑store experiences to product innovation planned for later this year.
