In April, we announced the executive leadership team (https://bit.ly/4dNbCmI) for “New Corteva,” our future differentiated, innovation-driven crop protection company that will result from our planned separation later this year. Today, we are pleased to announce that we have filled the two open roles on that team: Karen Narwold, NACD.DC will be New Corteva’s chief legal and public affairs officer and corporate secretary and Jennifer Sloan will serve as New Corteva’s chief people officer. Karen has deep experience leading legal, governance and compliance, external affairs, and corporate development for global companies. She joins us most recently from Albemarle Corporation, where she was chief administrative officer, general counsel and corporate secretary. Jen has been with Corteva and one of our heritage companies for nearly two decades in people leader roles including talent management and total rewards. Congratulations to Karen and Jen on being named to their new roles in an exciting new chapter in our history.
