#CES2026 was a whirlwind of AI, humanoids, and autonomous tech. But amidst the noise, one major shift stood out: Driver state monitoring has become a fundamental safety requirement. For CorrActions, the mission at CES was clear: The Shift: As autonomy levels rise, "always-on" assessment of driver readiness is unavoidable. The Proof: We shared our latest excellent on-track results for identifying intoxicated driving with OEMs and Tier-1s. Correct identification of drunk driving, combined with zero false positives are key for driver experience and acceptance. The Purpose: Meeting the ecosystem players working hard to introduce new safety tech, as well as meeting the leadership at MADD, AAA, and National Safety Council – all reinforced the urgency of making our roads safer for everyone.
