🚨WE ARE HIRING 🚨 Senior Quantity Surveyor - Maldives Job Qualifications, Skills & Key Competencies Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in quantity surveying preferably in large scale hospitality projects Professional membership (e.g., BORAQS, AAK, MRICS) is required. Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and construction law. Proficiency in QS software and MS Office (Excel advanced level). Experience in cost control, contract administration, and claims management. Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
