Making connections before day one 💙 Starting an apprenticeship is a big milestone. It means new people, new responsibilities, and a new environment. That’s why Coroplast Group starts supporting future apprentices before their official first day. At this year’s Apprentice Get-together, incoming apprentices met current apprentices, asked questions, and heard about their first experiences at the company. They also had the chance to start building connections across the team. The highlight of the event was a team quiz with a few fun challenges.  Why a quiz? Because working together is one of the easiest ways to break the ice. The teams brainstormed, laughed, debated, and made a few bold guesses along the way. The conversations came naturally – about what to expect when they begin, life at Coroplast Group, and what it means to support each other as a team. What made the event even more special: the quiz was created by one of our own apprentices. Alina Samson, an apprentice in industrial management, developed the concept, prepared the questions, and led the activity. It was a great example of how our apprentices take ownership, share their ideas, and help shape our culture. That is what apprenticeship at Coroplast Group is all about: support from the start, meaningful involvement, teamwork, and trust. On August 3, we will officially welcome nine new apprentices to Coroplast Group. We’re excited to support them on their journey and to say: Welcome to the team! 🎉
