Cork Development Forum was pleased to meet with Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage James Browne TD and Graham Doyle, Secretary-General of the Department of Housing, and his team. The meeting was a valuable opportunity to discuss recent developments in housing policy, including zoning and infrastructure delivery, which are crucial in increasing our housing output. We also discussed the Housing Activation Office and the role it can play in accelerating housing delivery in crucial areas to ensure we maintain our economic development and meet our ambitious housing targets in the coming years. It is essential that these developments are resourced fully and delivered on time to ensure we can achieve these targets. Cork Development Forum looks forward to continued collaboration with the Minister, the Secretary-General, and the Department to deliver on these shared priorities.
