We're hiring a Director of Human Resources to join our senior leadership team. Cork & South East Simon Community's vision is a society without homelessness. We work in solidarity with men and women experiencing homelessness, providing housing, support, dignity and hope. This senior leadership role carries strategic direction and operational leadership across all HR functions, along with responsibility as Organisational Digital Transformation Lead, starting with HR and employee systems and extending into wider digital transformation across the organisation. We're looking for a seasoned HR professional with strong experience across strategy, policy, employee relations, performance management, management development, recruitment, workforce planning and change management. Digital and innovation capability is essential. Every decision shaped in this role strengthens an organisation that supported nearly 1,500 people experiencing homelessness last year.
