What it took: ⚙️ Fast-track engineering, analysis and project management 🔩 Fabrication of custom lifting aids 🚢 Complex lifting analysis between a large FPSO and a smaller MSV 📦 Full logistics and procurement management 👷 Offshore manning and end-to-end project execution Mid-ship main crane lift-off and re-installation on an operating FPSO.
