At Cooper Standard, our team and the culture we have built together are what make us special. Recently in Northville, our Employee Resource Groups brought our culture to life through a pair of engaging events: ✨ In support of National Women’s Day, WISE held their third annual InspiHER Expo which included sessions on career vision mapping and confidence-building to help encourage participants to step boldly into their future. 🌮 ¡HOLA! and FAST partnered to host a cookout for Cinco de Mayo featuring traditional Mexican cuisine. In addition to creating an opportunity for employees to connect over lunch, the event also served as a fundraiser for the upcoming Heart Walk hosted by the American Heart Association.
