Change in Coop Trading board of directors With Anders Kind well onboard as CEO and a new ambitious strategy decided here in May, Coop Trading are now ready to return to the principle of rotating the board Chair position between the 4 partners every second year. As planned, Per Thau will step down as an independent external Chair by June 1st and continue as Executive Advisor until end 2026. Arttu Laine (Vice CEO, SOK Finland) will take over as Chair, and Thor Skov Jørgensen (CEO, Coop Denmark) will step in as Vice Chair.   A warm thank you to Per for his leadership and dedication as Chair since 2021. His strategic focus and commitment to the Nordic collaboration have played an important role in strengthening Coop Trading and building a solid foundation for future growth and we are happy that Per Thau will continue to support for a period.   We are pleased to welcome Arttu Laine back as Chair of the Board. With his strong Nordic perspective and international board experience, Arttu brings valuable insight to our continued journey. Also, thanks to Thor Skov Jørgensen for stepping in as Vice Chair of the board.
