Last week, Publicis Media welcomed COOP alumni back to where many of their professional journeys began, this time as full-time employees sharing their experiences and advice with the next generation of fellows. Hosted across Publicis Media’s New York City and Chicago offices, the alumni panels featured Publicis Media employees who previously participated in COOP Careers and have since launched successful careers within the organization. Panelists spoke candidly about their transition from COOP fellows to full-time professionals, reflecting on how the program helped prepare them for the workplace through skill-building, mentorship, confidence, and community. Attendees had the opportunity to hear firsthand perspectives on navigating the early stages of a career, building meaningful professional relationships, and making the most of opportunities within the media industry. The conversations highlighted the impact of access, representation, and support systems in helping emerging talent thrive.
