Cookhouse Creamery is looking for a hands‑on HR Manager/Generalist to support our factory and site-based teams in a busy dairy manufacturing environment. The role covers full HR generalist support, strong presence on the factory floor with supervisors and staff, and driving EE, training and HR compliance. We’re looking for someone with an HR Diploma/Degree, at least 5 years’ HR generalist experience (preferably in factory/manufacturing/FMCG), and a valid driver’s licence with reliable transport.
