Last week, the Converteo village truly came to life: we disconnected from our screens to reconnect with each other on a 15-hectare estate outside Paris. We enjoyed wooden bungalows scattered across the park, good food, fun team-building activities, and the occasional passing donkey. Beyond the idyllic setting, we celebrated major wins in retail, automotive, media, and telco - each a testament to the real-world impact of our agentic AI framework for our clients. Agentic AI is moving fast. Our clients feel it, we feel it, and this retreat reminded all 450 of us that we're in the right place to help navigate it - not that we have all of the answers, but because we're asking the right questions to the right people. We took two days to step back, celebrate our wins, and align our international vision on what comes next: our ambitions, our roadmap, and the version of ourselves we're building toward.
