About this exceptional founder: Harry is a British tech entrepreneur redefining the future of cybersecurity through autonomous AI systems. As Co-founder & CEO of Maze, he is building a groundbreaking platform where AI agents autonomously investigate, triage, and resolve cloud vulnerabilities, helping security teams manage overwhelming backlogs with unprecedented speed and precision. Maze has already secured over $31M in funding, positioning it as one of the fastest-rising AI security companies in Europe. Before Maze, Harry spent over five years at Tessian, joining at seed stage and becoming Director of Product Management as the company scaled into one of the UK’s leading cybersecurity platforms before its acquisition by Proofpoint in 2023. He built Tessian’s first product team, led cross-functional product and UX groups, and helped evolve the product line through multiple stages of growth, giving him a rare 360° view of building category-defining security products. Harry’s career began in venture capital as a VC Analyst at Winton, investing in early-stage AI and cybersecurity startups such as Tessian, Ripjar, and Panaseer. He later worked as a consultant for founders and angels, advising startups like Sparrho and collaborating with industry leaders such as John Taysom (co-founder of Privitar). These experiences shaped his ability to identify emerging inflection points in cybersecurity, and ultimately led him to build Maze. He studied Economics & Management at the University of Oxford, and today he is a respected voice in AI security. Through his blog Security Tales and regular podcast appearances, he contributes thought leadership on AI agents, cloud security, and the evolving threat landscape. With Maze, Harry is building what many believe will become a foundational piece of AI-native cybersecurity infrastructure.
