“Our strength lies in the right mix – just like in tire production.” With these words, our CEO Christian Koetz outlined our recipe for success at today's Annual Shareholders' Meeting in Hanover: top technology in our products, state-of-the-art manufacturing, efficient distribution and a strong brand powered by a strong team. Alongside this strategic outlook, the meeting also marked a moment of transition: After 16 years, Wolfgang Reitzle stepped down as chairman of our Supervisory Board. As Christian Koetz emphasized: "Without your personal dedication, Continental would not be where it is today. You have led us to the threshold of a new, exciting chapter." His designated successor, Sabrina Soussan, brings more than 25 years of experience in the automotive and transport industry.
