Last week was Continental Grain Company’s annual service awards luncheon where we honor our colleagues who are celebrating 5-year milestones at Conti. Collectively we honored 365 years of service to the company, including five individuals who have worked at Conti for 30 years, two individuals who have worked at Conti for 40 years, and our Executive Chairman Paul Fribourg, who has worked at Conti for 50 years.   Our people are our greatest asset and we are grateful for their commitment, partnership, and service to Conti.
