Following in his father’s footsteps, Apprentice Tom Payton was inspired by his father’s long career in the trade. Nearly four years into his own journey, Tom has worked across solar, tenant improvement, and mission critical projects, earning recognition for his commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and continuous learning.
