Agent quotas (concurrent tasks + CI budget) 2. Sandbox branches (isolate agent experiments) 3. Reviewer protocol (summaries, test evidence, risk flags) 4. Tune CI for loops (path-based tests, smoke checks) 5. Queue health dashboard (retry rate, merge lag, PR age) 6.
