Meet Ryan Greenawalt. He went from not knowing his major to Dean's Honor Roll. That comeback did not happen by accident. Ryan is a rising junior at Ole Miss studying Banking and Finance. He came to CWA with a specific goal: build genuine business connections in the central PA area and learn what it actually takes to operate inside a financial advisory firm. He is not just passing through. He is paying attention. The best advice he has ever received? "Be terrified of the comfort zone." He has lived that out. A difficult semester last fall led him to refocus, rebuild his routine, and finish this past spring on the Chancellor's Honor Roll. That kind of self-awareness is not something you teach.
