Managing Director @act.3 Italia

From snowchains to medal moments 🏅 what a journey these Games have been. During the Winter Olympics, as act.3, we had the honour of contributing to three incredible projects: 🇧🇷 Casa Brasil in Milan 🇨🇭 House of Switzerland in Bormio 🏔️ adi-Hütte in Cortina Each house welcomed medalists, partners and global guests throughout the Games: spaces filled with celebration, pride and unforgettable energy. For me personally, Cortina was where it all became very real. We operated the adi-hütte on the ground: from logistics coordination to daily problem-solving in true winter olympic conditions. Between the daily 8:30 morning huddle, mountain-view terrace work sessions, medal celebrations, and snowstorms that meant blocked roads, snow shovelling, stranded athletes and last-minute snow-chain lessons, Cortina delivered the full Olympic experience. A special thank you to: • Our adidas partner Rodrigo Messias & Kerryn (KEER-ən) Foster — for the trust and collaboration throughout • @Kerstin Klein for bringing the adi-hütte to life and building the foundation • Our adi-hütte product guardian Christopher Riehl • The Deutsche Sport Marketing partner management team Sascha Kraft, Christian Ernst, Marco Waldraff, Magnus Eisele, Neil Körger, Timo von Zons — for the seamless collaboration and for always being ready to jump in when needed • Our shuttle support Yannick Grabowsky — for keeping everything moving • Our ticketing team Katharina Förstel, Marco Boele & Anton Ebersberger — for handling last minute changes and being a constant source of support • And my adi-hütte operations partner-in-crime Stefanie Schlegel — for being there, side by side through every slippery slope And a big shoutout to our wider MiCo Core Team — the people who stepped in wherever needed, across cities, time zones and weather conditions: Bastian, Matthias, Lena, ollie, Joanna, Anika, Paulo, Andreas, Robert, Sara, Jens, Martina, Giulia, Clotilde, Francesco, Camilla, Paul, Sylvia, Katherine, Patrícia & many more... Equally grateful to the teams leading House of Switzerland in Bormio Eva-Maria Seidl and Casa Brasil in Milan Rafael Carvalho, Caterina Ostuni Minuzzi, Giovani Toledo — your presence on the ground made those houses what they were. What stays with me most isn’t just the scale of it all. It’s the responsibility of creating spaces worthy of athletes and the fans who celebrate them at defining moments in their careers. Very proud of the teams behind this and grateful for the experience. ❄️ ✨ Next up, Winter Paralympics!
