Last week, our Chief Growth Officer Rob Lee joined educators, employers, and partners in Chicago for the SHRM Foundation From Campus to Career Ready convening. Across conversations throughout the day, one thing was clear: there’s real momentum around helping students build the skills and experiences they need to thrive — not just in their first jobs, but in workplaces that value collaboration, growth, and connection.
