Holding a PhD in economics, he joins the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice as an Assistant Professor to work on the Research Project "Constitutional Zugzwang: Towards an Amendment Theory on Constitutional Momentum". We are sure that Dr. Taghvaee’s expertise will be crucial for the team to dive deep into the empirical effects of constitutional amendments.
