Today, on Mother’s Day, we hold close all the mothers and children whose arms and hearts ache from the loss of a mother or a child. 💛 There are no words that can fully capture that kind of pain — a pain that lives in the quiet moments, the empty spaces, and the “what ifs” that never go away. A life lost is a life too many, and for every life gone, a mother is carrying a grief that is both invisible and immense. To every mother who has lost a child to suicide or in any way: You are seen. You are valued. You are loved. The Consortium for the Prevention of Suicide exists because the life of your child or mother mattered — and so does yours. We are committed to prevention, to compassion, and to ensuring no one has to walk this path alone. We hold you in our hearts today and always.
