Stephen Brannigan came to Australia for a one-year working holiday. Seventeen years later, he's built a successful career, including the past 14 years with CPP, where he now leads some of the company's biggest projects.    "Branno" arrived from Ireland in 2012 and started with us as a high-voltage electrician. Today he's Program Manager for New South Wales, leading the delivery of some of our largest and most complex projects — including Waratah Super Battery, one of the biggest in CPP's history.   But Stephen's story isn't really about titles. It's about the people who recognised his potential — Frank, Dave, Abdul, Andrew — and the people he now backs in turn, like site manager Pete Jefford.   "I wouldn't be the site manager I am without Stephen. No chance." — Pete Jefford   At CPP, we believe in developing our own people and giving them the opportunity to grow. Stephen's journey is proof that long-term commitment works both ways.   Read his story 👇 https://lnkd.in/gafaaV98   #CPP #Careers #EnergyTransition #Leadership #RenewableEnergy #HighVoltage #BESS #OurPeople #EnergisingAustraliasFuture
