Consign is looking for Sr Account Executive for Our Inhouse team in Jaipur ( Work from Office ) Exp : 5+ Yrs Np: Immediate to 15 days Education Qualifications B.Com or M.Com degrees are standard for this role, providing foundational accounting and commerce knowledge. Certifications like Tally Prime with GST, SAP (FICO/MM modules), or advanced Excel are highly valued to validate technical skills. Experience Level Target candidates with 2-5 years in accounting/finance roles involving GST compliance, ERP operations, and payroll. Hands-on experience in multi-state compliance, especially Rajasthan labor laws (e.g., Shops and Establishments Act), ensures adaptability to regional variations. Technical Skills Deep GST expertise: GSTR-1, 3B, 9 filing; input tax credit reconciliation. ERP proficiency: Tally Prime for invoicing, ledgers; SAP for integrated modules. MS Office: Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros); Word for reports/presentations. Payroll: PF, ESI, PT deductions; compliance across states. Compliance Knowledge Expertise in TDS (Forms 26Q/27Q, 27EQ filing), ITR, annual returns, and statutory filings like ESIC/PF returns. Ability to handle audits, reconciliations, and MIS reporting. Soft Skills & Fit Accuracy in data handling, problem-solving for discrepancies, and communication for stakeholder updates.
