I’m proud to share that Clariant is now officially certified as a global #LivingWage employer by the Fair Wage Network. This means that every Clariant employee worldwide earns a wage that covers essential needs – from housing and food to healthcare and education.   This certification strengthens trust with our customers, giving them confidence that the products they purchase come from a company committed to fairness and responsible business practices.   What began as a pilot in 2022 has evolved into a global program. Following the Jury's Special Prize at L'Oréal’s Green Vibes Awards earlier this year, our next ambition is clear: to extend living-wage principles to our contractors and suppliers across our value chain.   This is how we turn our purpose, #GreaterChemistry – between people and planet, into action!
