My secret to driving $3M+ revenue year after year? It's surprisingly simple, and often overlooked. Make every interaction with your client as frictionless as possible. It's having a Nike, 𝘑𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘋𝘰 𝘐𝘵 kind of attitude at every interaction. (I'm sure that's trademarked- don't sue me!) Clients prefer working with people who are easy to work with. ✔️Take the initiative to send out interview invites so they don't have to. ✔️Format your emails with key information front and center, organized and succinct. ✔️If your client needs a resume/document formatted in some type of a way, just do it. Anticipate the next step. Take things off their plate. These actions aren't difficult, yet many overlook them. Consistently apply this approach, and you'll become known as someone easy to work with. That directly translates to more revenue. Everyone wants to be impressive. Almost nobody wants to be easy. Try it. Watch what happens. What makes someone easy to work with in your world?
