🎉 We’re pleased to welcome Marius Badenhorst, who joins us this month as a Design Assurance Manager in our Quality team.   Marius brings a strong background in quality management and regulatory affairs in the medical device industry. He holds a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Engineering from Technische Universität Braunschweig and has built extensive expertise across quality management systems, regulatory compliance, CAPA processes, change management, audits, and post-market surveillance.   He began his career as a Project Engineer at Pharmaplan AG in Basel, contributing to the design and construction of pharmaceutical laboratory facilities and sterile filling lines. He later joined Medartis AG, where he progressed from CAPA and Deviation Manager to Group Manager QMS, leading a team across key quality functions. Most recently, as Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager, he was responsible for regulatory strategies in both the EU and US markets and supported cross-functional development projects through to market access.   With his combination of technical depth and leadership experience, Marius will further strengthen our quality capabilities here at Congenius.   Welcome to the team, Marius - we’re glad to have you on board! 👏   #team #medicaldevices #consulting #quality
