CPO | Forbes 30 under 30 | Healthcare AI for better patient outcomes with brite @XO Life

I’m generally not one for sentimental LinkedIn posts, but here we are. The past few months have been extremely pivotal for me, and it feels like I’ve lived 10 different lives. There are more updates to come soon, but for now, I am deeply grateful for the 3.5 years leading Freeletics’ product organization - growing into the VP of Product role. The growth opportunities I was afforded were invaluable: team restructuring, strategy refocusing, and so much more. A profound thank you to the direct team I worked with and led over the years (Marcos Felipe, Idil Bozay, Junaid Kokan, Daria Kurchinskaia, Laura Gonçalves, Ana Sifuentes, Vaishnavi Kancherlapalli, Bahar A., and all others), the Leadership Team (Eleanor Majewski-Hughes, Henry Gallert, Christian Weber, Daniela Labus, Philipp Hagspiel), and especially the coolest boss Daniel Sobhani for trusting and giving me the space to learn, fail, grow, experiment, and occasionally win. Speaking of learnings, working in consumer tech for fitness showed me that this level of product thinking should and must translate to healthcare. The patient experience from diagnosis onward, especially for chronic illnesses, remains fragmented - too many disparate systems. That’s why I’m thrilled to join XO Life as Chief Product Officer, to build - what I’m choosing to call - brite 2.0. An all-in-one digital companion for patients navigating different and many times multiple conditions, therapies, medicines, and treatments. While ambitious, the timing is definitely apt. As an impact-driven company already making a tangible difference in patient outcomes, we’ve still barely scratched the surface. Empowering patients to track and adhere to therapies plus access trusted, timely education in this era, harnessing proprietary HCP and SME data for reliable AI companions is my new professional mission. I’m very grateful to Dr. Friderike Bruchmann, the team, and the board for their trust; plus Erevena’s executive recruiting team - Jonathan Bryant and Emily Hudson - for the perfect match. The real work begins now. Health tech product leaders: How are you building patient first in this era? Let’s swap notes. For now, check out britehealth.com, and let’s have a chat! #HealthcareInnovation #HealthTech #wonthedoit
