This afternoon’s programme has focused on what it takes to embed digital practice at scale. Delegates explored workflow design, organisational digital capability and the use of AI agents in trust operations. The day closed with a keynote from Daniel Emmerson, Director at the Good Future Foundation, examining the organisational conditions needed to build enduring capability, align culture with technology and make disciplined strategic choices in uncertain conditions.
