We are pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Postlewhite as Chief Underwriting Officer with effect from 26 January 2026.   Stephen brings nearly 30 years of experience in the reinsurance and insurance industry to Conduit, having held senior roles across underwriting, risk management and actuarial disciplines. In his role as Chief Underwriting Officer, Stephen will lead Conduit’s underwriting strategy and oversee portfolio performance across our Property, Casualty and Specialty segments.
