Using ConcertAI's Precision360 CARA platform, advanced language models were applied to extract and analyze detailed IHC and FISH HER2 results from both structured EHR data and unstructured clinical documentation across a nationwide cohort of breast cancer patients diagnosed from 2014 onward.
