We’re proud to reflect on the work delivered at the Mablethorpe Environment Agency Depot for the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. Operating as a trusted delivery partner in highly operational environments, completed a comprehensive internal refurbishment to modernise the facility and create a compliant, future-proof workspace. To ensure full operational continuity for the Environment Agency staff throughout the seven-month project, we established a dedicated site compound and set up temporary accommodation. The key upgrades delivered include: - Reconfiguring the interior to create a mezzanine meeting room with skylights, a commercial kitchen, and a breakout area. Installing an energy-efficient air source heat pump system alongside upgraded wall and floor insulation. - Upgrading safety and security with modern fire doors, secure external steel doors, and an automated entry gate. - During early works, we collaborated closely with structural engineers McAndrew Martin Ltd to swiftly redesign and replace an unsafe upper floor structure, ensuring the project was handed over with minimal delay. 👉 Learn more here: https://lnkd.in/eaGeknvz #Refurbishment #AssetManagement #EnergyEfficiency #Decarbonisation #GovernmentEstates #FacilitiesManagement
