We are pleased to announce the award of a £2.3 million project to deliver a new Urgent Treatment Centre at Royal Hampshire County Hospital in Winchester. The scheme will enhance NHS facilities through the extension of the existing A&E department and the delivery of a new Urgent Treatment Centre designed to support increasing patient demand and improve emergency care provision. The scope of works includes: - Outdoor extension to the existing Emergency Department - Integration with existing floor levels - Dedicated ambulance parking to improve access and patient flow - Use of Modern Methods of Construction to support quality and programme certainty - Design provision for future vertical expansion The project will be delivered within a live healthcare environment, with careful planning required to maintain operational continuity and safe access for staff, patients, and emergency services throughout the programme.
