We are pleased to announce that Concept has been appointed to deliver a full refurbishment of the Junior Ranks Mess at Royal Air Force (RAF) Odiham, working with VINCI and the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO). The project covers the dining hall and relaxation space, with a focus on improving the day-to-day environment for service personnel. Works include a new smart lighting scheme with colour-changing LEDs, private dining booths fitted with seating, screens, power and data, a new air conditioning system, and upgrades to the LV distribution and low temperature hot water heating. The project runs for 16 weeks, with an M&E value of £180K as part of an overall programme worth approximately £900K. Delivering improvements to live defence accommodation requires careful planning and a clear understanding of the environment.
