We’re pleased to share progress on our ongoing project at Yarner Woods in Dartmoor. Concept is delivering a new eco lodge in partnership with ISS Facility Services UK and Natural England. This marks our third project with Natural England and continues a strong working relationship across environmentally focused sites. The scope includes the delivery of a purpose-built centre designed to provide a modern education and visitor space to support children, schools, and the local community in learning about the woodland environment. Sustainability is central to the scheme. Timber sourced from the woodland is being used within the build, alongside PV panels, biomass systems, and water recovery solutions. We have also engaged a local supply chain within a 25km radius to reduce transport and carbon emissions.
