#ConnectedByComtronic 🔗 To celebrate the upcoming launch of Artemis II, we are taking a trip back in time with this post. Today, we’re focusing on the ESM IV, which features our MicroCom connectors. Built at Airbus in Bremen, Germany, the ESM is assembled and integrated under contract with the European Space Agency - ESA. The European Service Module (ESM) is the technical backbone of NASA’s Orion spacecraft within the Artemis missions. Power supply, propulsion, data transmission. Everything comes together here. 💡 Reliable electrical connections are extremely important here to ensure that all these systems function properly under extreme conditions in space.
