Two days in Solothurn. One team. One shared ambition. This week, the Compremium team came together in Switzerland for a two-day business review with colleagues from our Swiss headquarters and our US team. It was an opportunity to reflect on our progress, align around our priorities, and build the momentum needed for the next stage of Compremium’s growth. A special highlight was our inspirational visit to DePuy Synthes, led by Nathalie Schnider-Frey. It was a valuable opportunity to learn from one of Switzerland’s most important medtech success stories and to reflect on what it takes to build, scale and sustain impact in healthcare. Beyond the business review, the team also had the chance to enjoy Solothurn together, from swimming in the river to discovering the city through a food trail. These moments matter. They create trust, strengthen collaboration and remind us that future success is built not only through strategy, technology and execution, but also through the people behind them.
