On World Bee Day, three new beehives officially opened at our headquarters. Why bees, why us? Because everything a catering company does starts upstream of the kitchen. No pollinators, no produce. No produce, no menu. It's a modest initiative on one site, but a deliberate one, a reminder that the food system we depend on depends on something fragile.
