What an experience. Last week, three Belgian chefs represented Local Markets at the European Culinary Cup 2026 in Copenhagen. Our chefs Corentin Lekeu and Clément Le Formal, with coach Alexandre Knockaert, brought Beauty and the Beast to the plate: a three-course menu with Belle as the starter, the Beast as the main, and the rose as dessert. A huge thank you to Compass Group Danmark for hosting the event so brilliantly.
