Building Leadership Capability in the NFP Sector Matters, and we’re proud to play our part. At CBB we believe that strong, values‑driven leadership is essential to a thriving not‑for‑profit sector. That’s why we are proud sponsors of the Governor’s Leadership Foundation (GLF), an intensive 10‑month Leadership Development program designed to expand an individual’s impact, influence, and capacity to drive meaningful change across South Australia. The GLF experience brings together leaders from diverse backgrounds for deep learning, reflection and connection, equipping them with greater self‑awareness and advanced leadership capabilities. GLF Leaders are given the opportunity to build strong, lasting networks, and most importantly, the confidence to create genuine, widespread positive change. This year, we are thrilled to support two outstanding NFP leaders on their GLF journey - Bec Normington, Barossa Village and Lisa Kostiuk, Barkuma. Bec and Lisa are both deeply committed to strengthening their organisations, their communities, and the broader NFP sector, and we are honoured to help empower their leadership growth. One person can spark change. But a community of leaders can build momentum. With over 900 GLF alumni already shaping a sustainable and prosperous future for South Australia, the movement continues to grow. CBB is proud to invest in the leaders who are investing in our communities. Here’s to Bec, Lisa, and the next generation of impactful leaders.
