On June 1, Żaklina Pawlak-Iwinska joins Comarch as Group Chief People Officer and Vice President of the Management Board. In parallel, Żaklina will take on the CPO role for our ERP Division to drive the People Transformation hands-on in one of our key business lines. Comarch is going through one of the most intensive transformations in its history. We are reshaping how we build products and engage with clients, redefining our ways of working in the AI era, and consistently raising the bar on what it means to deliver real business value. This is not a one-quarter initiative – it is an operational and cultural shift whose pace is set by the market and whose impact is delivered by people. That is why we treat People as one of the pillars of our strategy, not a support function. The capabilities, decisions and ways of working across our teams determine how fast we turn new possibilities – AI included – into products that clients actually want to use. At this point in our journey, we need a CPO with a strong track record in organizational transformation and in building high-performance cultures. Żaklina brings to Comarch 19+ years of experience in senior HR leadership roles. She joins us from Nexi Group, where as HR Director CSEE Region she led talent strategy and HR transformation across multiple countries. Earlier, as a Management Board member and HR Director at Polskie ePłatności and Przelewy 24. Throughout her career she has been involved in 7+ M&A processes, led post-merger integrations, rolled out HR systems across multiple markets and established operations centers in Poland serving the Nordics and DACH regions. She holds an Executive MBA from Kozminski University and in 2023 was recognized by Cashless Poland as one of the most influential women in Polish fintech and is among the top 10 most influential women in Polish Financial Industry according to My Company Polska. Żaklina – welcome to the team. #Comarch #ChiefPeopleOfficer #People #Transformation #AI #Leadership
