Capstone Research in Kenya 🇰🇪 This team traveled to Nairobi to work with Enabling Qapital AG on a creating a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) framework with a gender and ESG lens. During the visit, they conducted field visits to branch locations, interacted with staff and clients, and gathered insights to better understand how gender and ESG considerations are implemented in practice.
