Monika Posadas is our new Country Manager of Coloplast Poland! She brings more than 20 years of experience from the life science industry across Poland and the Baltics. Throughout her career, Monika has built strong expertise in marketing, sales, and market access, and has worked closely with hospitals and medical specialists, giving her a good understanding of the specific needs across the healthcare system. “What drives me is the chance to make a real difference for the people we serve and improve their everyday quality of life. I am very excited to step into this role and I believe that, together with the team, we can make an even bigger impact with our products and services in the years to come,” says Monika.
