This week, we hosted a loyalty dinner for industry leaders at Amazónico Restaurants Mayfair, in partnership with OSF Digital and Salesforce. The evening centered on how behavioural science and AI can drive measurable, lasting loyalty outcomes. Guests heard a presentation from behavioural scientist Rosie D-Maxwell, followed by a panel discussion featuring Camilo Courtney, Global Loyalty Head at Avolta, and Paula Nicola, Head of CRM at schuh. It was a great evening of insightful discussion and valuable networking with loyalty leaders. Thank you to everyone who joined us.
